Consent to the processing of personal data

This document defines the terms and conditions for obtaining and processing the personal data of the user who accesses the website www.affarts.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), owned by Individual Entrepreneur Igor Alexeevich Frolovsky, OGRNIP 318565800027335, with the address: 11 Karavannaya Street, Orenburg, 460000, Russia (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). The user, who interacts with the Website and its services (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), provides their personal data to the Operator in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, by filling in specific fields in the service forms available on the Website, including feedback forms, and/or by directly communicating their personal data to the Operator through other means (including additional information provided over the phone or during the use of the Website). By filling out the corresponding feedback form and/or by using the services of the Website and/or the Website as a whole, the User fully accepts the terms of this Data Processing Consent (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent").

The user gives their consent to the operator to process their personal data under the following conditions:

1. The consent is given for processing of all personal data (including but not limited to: name, surname, patronymic, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address) posted by the User on the Website and/or communicated to the Operator in any other way, as well as data collected by Yandex.Metrika, Google Analytics, Facebook, CoMagic web analytics systems (the list of such data is placed on the website of the respective web analytics system).
2. The user hereby declares that all data entered by him/her is his/her own. In the event that false (inaccurate, unreliable) information is provided or if outdated information is not changed in a timely manner, the User shall bear the risk of any negative consequences caused by the inaccurate information provided. The User confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully read the Agreement and the terms of processing of their personal data, the text of the Agreement and the terms of processing of personal data are clear to them; the User expresses their consent to the processing of personal data without reservations and restrictions. The User confirms that by giving Consent, they are acting freely, of their own free will and in their own interest;
3. Processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator for the purpose of: 1) to use the Site and the Site's services by the User; 2) to identify the User of the Site; 3) to provide communication between the Operator and the User through the personal (contact) data provided by the User; 4) to provide "Feedback" service to the User; 5) to monitor and improve the Site; 6) to conduct statistical and analytical research, analysis of user activity; 7) to improve service quality and conduct marketing programs and advertising campaigns. Processing of personal data shall be carried out by the Operator in the manner and on the terms stipulated by the approved Personal Data Processing Policy.
4. In the course of processing, the following actions may be performed with the User's personal data: 1) obtaining, input, collection, systematization, accumulation of personal data by operator, as well as from third parties; 2) storage of personal data (in electronic form and in hard copy); 3) specification (updating, change) of personal data; 4) use of personal data; 5) transfer of personal data in manner prescribed by Russian legislation; 6) blocking, removal, destruction; 7) any other actions (operations) or set of actions (operations) with personal data, performed with or without use of automation tools.

The Operator shall be entitled to transfer and/or assign the processing of the User's personal data to third parties (on condition that the personal data confidentiality regime is observed, and also on condition that it doesn't violate the User's legal rights and interests and provisions of the legislation in force). Third parties engaged by the Operator shall process the User's personal data provided by the Operator to the extent, for the purposes and by the means set forth in this Consent.

1. This Consent applies to all information that the Operator can obtain about the User during their use of the Website and its services. Using the Site and its services means the User's unconditional consent to the terms of processing their personal data, including through the use of Yandex.Metrika, CoMagic, Facebook and Google Analytics web analytics systems. If the User does not agree with these terms, he/she must refrain from using the Website and its services.
2. The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscientious.
3. This Consent of the User is deemed to be executed in simple written form. The Consent shall be valid indefinitely from the date of provision of the data and may be withdrawn by the User by submitting a written application to the Operator specifying the data defined in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". If the User withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator shall be entitled to continue the processing of personal data without the User's consent if there are grounds specified in Clauses 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No152-FZ "On Personal Data".
4. This Consent of the User is deemed to be executed in simple written form. The Consent shall be valid indefinitely from the date of provision of the data and may be withdrawn by the User by submitting a written application to the Operator specifying the data defined in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". If the User withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator shall be entitled to continue the processing of personal data without the User's consent if there are grounds specified in Clauses 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No152-FZ "On Personal Data".
